**Role summary**:
The Project Administrator is responsible for assisting the Programme Management team with the day to day running of the department to support both corporate projects and event programmes.

This role reports into the Head of PMO and is part of a team of 4.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organise meetings and book rooms
- Editing and formatting documents
- Capturing notes and actions from meetings and sending around
- Tracking and monitoring milestones and deliverables and progress
- Supporting with reporting and dashboards
- Creating slides for Staff Briefings
- Summarising debriefs and making notes
- Analyse debrief report results
- Manage PMO inbox
- Organise ELT pack printing
- Support with knowledge transfer of the entries responsibilities
- Supporting sustainability data capture initiatives
- Support with community event planning

**Essential skills and experience needed**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good administrative skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office 365 proficiency Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
