**Hybrid Role**

Established for over 30 years, my client is a market leader in providing access control, electronic security and personnel management systems to major global organisations together with smaller, local companies, and is the EMEA of a global US based organisation.Due to continued growth they are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to provide a variety of administrative support functions for the office and region. Based in South Quay, London, this role is a Hybrid role with home based working on a3 / 2 split basis.

This exciting opportunity provides administrative and organisational support to the Operations Department across projects throughout the UK and EMEA, and works alongside Project Managers throughout project life cycles, including communications with Projectand client stakeholders, suppliers, LSP’s, Contractors and engineering staff.

**Duties**
- Obtains and Enters data for projects and Progress Reporting
- Processes invoicing or Purchase order requests under the Instruction of PM’S
- Attends weekly/Daily planning sessions in person or through teams, zoom or Chime
- Coordinate with clients on scheduling of surveys and installations as per Programme of works
- Coordinate with purchasing department regarding supplier deliveries across sites and regions, along with scheduling and delivery
- Maintain relevant project documentation

**About You**
- Strong telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
- Solid Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail

This is a busy role and would suit an applicant with strong project coordination and administrative experience, ideally within construction / engineering or a similar sector. You will have a professional and motivated approach together with excellent administrativeand organisational skills.
