**The main duties and responsibilities of the role**:

- Completion of pre-employment checks in accordance with MPA’s standard operating procedures
- Ongoing monitoring of compliance data and ensuring staff training, supervision and Access NI checks are all up to date
- Record keeping of personnel files in accordance with MPA’s standard operating procedures
- Audit preparations when required
- Weekly Payroll data entry - working to tight deadlines
- Responding to client’s requests within the timeframes outlined in company procedures
- Participating in Marketing events including attendance at various recruitment fairs
- Participating in the on-call service, rota based within the team. (This will be additionally paid)

**Essential Criteria**:

- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong administration skills
- Efficient in Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Customer care skills

**Desirable**:Experience of working within the Healthcare sector
