Job Title: Office-Based Job Coordinator

, Office-based, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM,

Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule engineers to their respective jobs using a portal system.
- Liaise with engineers, customers, and management to ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Manage the job scheduling process, ensuring that all necessary resources are available for each job.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job progress, including any issues or delays that may arise.
- Monitor the performance of the engineers and ensure that they are meeting their targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide support to the management team as required.
- Work as part of a 24/7 job control team to ensure the highest level of service at all times.

Job Requirements:

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of computer software, particularly portal systems.
- Previous experience in a job coordinator role would be an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a team, including outside of regular office hours.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
