Euroglaze Ltd is a family business based in Barnsley, specialising in the fabrication of PVCu windows and doors.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join our busy Customer Service Department.

This position requires an individual who has a positive attitude and the ability to effectively time manage and organise a busy workload, understanding business priorities. You must have excellent customers service skills and have a keen eye for numerical accuracy and detail.

The role will involve:

- Prioritising / organising work flow.
- Processing orders and quotes using Window Designer software.
- Provide support for customers, dealing with queries & amendments.

- Liaising with production, despatch, sales, marketing & finance departments
- Understand and explain product range, features & benefits.
- Using CRM software
- Demonstrate commercial awareness.

You should be a good communicator, creating and maintaining relationships with customers. It is essential to have strong attention to detail and accuracy. A good team player and be able to use your own initiative, with the ability to prioritise and multitask to maintain deadlines. Sales development skills would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
