**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Review and verify order information, including product codes, quantities, and pricing
- Enter orders into the system and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, and any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of all orders and related documentation
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in order processing or a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with order management systems and software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
