Jackson Hogg are delighted to support our Yorkshire based engineering client with an enviable reputation in the industry as leading designers in infrastructure.
They are looking to appoint a Technical Bid Coordinator who is responsible for supporting the tendering and sales processes. The focus of the role is to ensure tenders are prepared and submitted in a compliant format.
The role
- Issue tender and co-ordinate activities with the internal team
- Ensure tenders produced are of high quality
- Maintain the customer database
- working in conjunction with the internal teams to ensure tender deadlines and criteria are met.
- Manage the internal CRM system
- Ensures that the contents of the contract/tender are in line with current business policies
- Provide estimate including reviewing material and components.
**Skills**:
- At least 3 years’ experience of a similar role
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment preferred
- Experienced in producing Technical Tender submissions
- Knowledge of using customer tender portals.
- Project management
- Effective written and presentation skills communication
- Proficient in Microsoft tools - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project etc

**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
