Job Title: Billing Administrator

Location: Crawley, UK

**Salary**: £20,000 Pro Rata (Part-Time)

We are recruiting for a client focused Billings Administrator to join our team, support and administrate the billing process. Reporting to Head of Finance, you’ll be working within an experienced team, providing support to colleagues and customers with billing queries. You’ll have a friendly and professional manner and be able to deliver information clearly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure correct and accurate monthly billing of invoices.
- Uploaded all data onto Xero accordingly.
- Send company information to external accountants to run payroll.
- Manage Billing inbox.
- Chase outstanding payments from customers.
- Become a superuser on the billing platform.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure all account maintenance is up to date and correct.
- Manage the incoming post/parcels.
- Supporting the on-boarding and payments collection processes
- Run through progress of debt recovery weekly.
- Provide support and cover to the accounts department as and when required.
- Action credit control procedures in order to keep debtor days as low as possible.
- Abide by CRE’s policies and procedures.
- Work with team members and trustees to ensure CRE provides an excellent experience for all customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A confident communicator, able to demonstrate tact and patience.
- Must be AAT qualified.
- Part qualified ACCA or looking to complete.
- Fully trained on Xero.
- Ability to work as part of a team and taking responsibility for personal workload.
- Able to remain calm, managing and prioritising your workload to complete time-sensitive tasks.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant Administration skills.
- Good credit control administration experience.
- Good IT skills in Microsoft Packages.
