**Role**:Administrator

**Location**: Crawley

**Salary**:£24,000 - £26,000 (experience dependant) +performance bonus

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday

**Job Type**:Full time**, **Permanent.

**Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Order Management
- Order tracking
- Dealing with billing issues.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Performing lookups and SUMIF functions on Excel.
- Proactively working on orders which are at risk of cancellation.
- Utilising Salesforce and NetSuite.

**Administrator Essential Experience/Skills**
- Experience working in an Operations Support/Admin role.
- Experience working within a Telecoms company.
- Experience using Salesforce and NetSuite (advantageous, not essential).
- Strong experience monitoring orders and liaising with various company functions/systems.
- Evidence of achieving excellent customer satisfaction.
- Experience and enjoyment of ensuring process is followed through to completion in a sales driven/target environment.
- Significant experience in handling customer service complaints & disappointed customers on the phone.
- Can demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines set by the business.
- Proactive approach.
