Day to day duties:

- Support in the planning and execution of projects in accordance with agreed project schedules
- Set up internal project work files and allocate project numbers
- Maintain project paperwork and documentation
- Organise project planning meetings for both individual and overall combined project planning
- Schedule and organise internal and external installation resources in consultation with the Project Manager
- Prepare and maintain required Statement of Works, work orders, Health and Safety and other compliance related paperwork
- Liaise with purchasing department for procurement and delivery schedules
- Liaise with clients for access and schedules where requested
- Create and maintain any variations or change management notices
- Maintain project costs and budget management records and ensure any variations are managed and billed
- Liaise with project staff to ensure all safety records and procedures are fully complied with
- Liaise with vendor personnel for schedules, site visits, installation timescales
- Facilitate kick off meetings to include sales, engineering, fabrication, installation teams
- Create and manage project schedules.
