We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Strategic Portfolio Operations Team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The role will support the Portfolio team across a breadth of activity in order to support effective people management, service delivery and reporting.

Prospective applicants should be experienced administrators who is IT literate with experience across a range of administrative activities such as preparing papers, setting up meetings, taking minutes, diary management, maintaining meeting documentation.

Applicants should be strong communicators, with excellent organisational skills. Applicants should have a positive work ethic and a flexible approach.

The role will predominately involve agile working from home with a requirement to attend Trust HQ and other sites frequently.

- Provides general clerical, word processing and data input support for the relevant teams as required.
- To support the Strategic Operations Portfolio team in projects
- To collate data for reporting to support project meetings
- To operate and maintain project documentation as well as setting up/co-ordinating meetings, distributing/circulating documents and other routine clerical work.
- Attend meetings and take formal minutes.
- To act as a central point of communication for all staff within the team
- Use of appropriate resources including telephone and IT equipment.
- Undertake any other work commensurate with the grade of the post.
- Handle personal and Trust matters with discretion and complete confidentiality
- The job consists of varied tasks requiring some flexibility of mind and personal organisation to determine priorities and handle more than one issue at a time.
- The post holder will liaise with all levels of internal and external stakeholders via written, verbal and face-to-face communications.

Flexible approach to helping other members of the Trust.
