We have an exciting opportunity to join an establish multi-sector recruitment firm as a Payroll Administrator.

Our company was establishing in 2015 working predominately at Gatwick airport, but with year-on-year growth have successfully developed business within the Aviation, Construction, Industrial and Healthcare sectors.

Due to continuing growth, we are looking to add a Payroll Administrator to assist within our payroll team.

Our payroll department is based within our head office in Crawley town centre.

**Responsibilities**:
Contractor Payroll and Client invoicing.
- Responsibility for the processing of contractor timesheets and invoices.
- Ensuring timesheets are approved in accordance with client specific formats and portal.
- Ensuring contractors invoices are raised and processed in a timely manner.
- Ensuring invoices are raised and sent to clients in a timely manner & in accordance with client specific billing/invoicing requirements.
- Ensuring all sales invoices and contractor’s invoices are uploaded to accounting software
- Ensuring all contractors are paid in a timely manner and sent payment notification.
- Liaising with all payroll outsourcing providers (Contractors and Staff).

Reporting & Communication
- Producing contractor payment report for the contractor pay run.
- Reconciliation of payments against bank transactions.
- Produce missing timesheet report and distributing to sales consultants.
- Fully responsible for processing timesheets, expenses claims, contractor’s invoices
- Responding and liaising with credit control team to resolve client invoicing queries
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Good time management with ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Someone proactive with can-do attitude.
- Ambitious who wants to progress in supportive environment.
- Microsoft Excel experience essential
- Xero accountancy software is an advantage
- Excellent IT skills required

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Crawley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
