Payroll Administrator

A well-known, nationwide client based in Crawley, West Sussex are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator for an initial 6-month contract. The role will be Hybrid working. 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home. All equipmentwill be provided.
Your role will be to provide day-to-day support to the Payroll Manager and a team of 4 Payroll Administrators. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients' payrolls as well as providing advice on complex queries and supporting the day-to-dayrunning of the payroll department.
In order to be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate previous experience processing high-volume monthly payrolls from start to finish. You should have a good understanding of UK PAYE legislation and a good understanding of how to calculatedeductions such as overpayments, maternity, sickness payments, Tax and National Insurance.
