**Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a varied role with career progression into an Office Manager position?**
Our client based in the Normanton area is looking for an Office Administrator to work across their growing engineering business. You’d be supporting the MD and different departments to ensure the office runs as smoothly as possible.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating site engineers and delivery of products
- Processing purchase orders and invoices
- Fleet management of company vehicles
- Stock management of office supplies
- Looking after office facilities and arranging contractors
- PA duties inc booking travel, meetings and company events
- Reception cover, welcoming visitors and answering calls
**What you'll need**:
- Experience in a similar role
- Be able to multi-task and adapt your workload
- Great origination skills
- Have a professional manner and be well presented
- IT skills inc Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
**Salary and Benefits**:
- Salary up to £26,000
- Monday to Friday hours
- 21 days holiday, plus bank holidays
