Hybrid Recruit are actively recruiting for an experienced **Part-Time** Recharge Administrator.

The main job function of the Recharge Administrator will be to support the service, technical and recharge team to ensure seamless running of the recharge function.

**Responsibilities of the Recharge Administrator**:

- Sending PCN Charges on to Customers.
- Chasing Customers for PO Numbers and actioning Po Numbers received.
- Updating spreadsheets.
- Waste Notes.
- First Notifications of damage to customers.
- Dealing with invoice queries.
- Chasing Garages for updates regarding repairs.
- Complete Exchange Requests.

**Requirements of the Recharge Administrator**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
- Detail orientated with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to multitask.
- Written communication skills.

**In return, the Recharge Administrator will receive**:

- Salary: £15,625 / Year (25 hours: 5hrs / day)

**Salary**: £15,625.00 per year
