Recharge Administrator

**Type**: Permanent, Part-Time - 25 hours per week, Salary £25,000 FTE.
**Working hours**: Mon - Fri between 08.00 - 17.00.
**Job Function**:To support the Service, Technical and Recharge Team
**Reporting to**: Service and Recharge Manager
**Liaising with**:Service and Technical Teams, Workshops, Finance and Customers**.
An opportunity has arisen for a focused and passionate person to become part of a dynamic team at our Normanton Head Office as a Team Administrator. You will support the Service and Recharge Manager with all day-to-day administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sending PCN Charges on to Customers.
- Chasing Customers for PO Numbers and actioning Po Numbers received.
- Updating spreadsheets.
- Waste Notes.
- First Notifications of damage to customer.
- Invoice queries.
- Chasing Garages for updates regarding repairs.
- Complete Exchange Requests.
- Follow company’s Employee handbook policies and procedures.
- Any other duties requested by your manager.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
- Detail orientated with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to multitask.
- Written communication skills.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
