- We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors with a starting package up to £24,384 (Pro Rata), this is made up of a base salary of £22,400 along with an additional £500 flexible benefit and up to a £1484 discretionary performance related bonus. _

Whether you’re helping someone with a simple cash transaction, aiding them with technology, transacting with them over the phone or protecting your customers against fraud and scams, you’ll never know what the next challenge will be. _

- You’ll be flexible in your approach and comfortable in undertaking a broad range of activities. This means not limiting your time and focus on one element of your role. **The difference you’ll make**:

**What you’ll bring**:
- _Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background, previous financial services background isn’t essential as we’ll provide you training _
- _The ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs _

- _A real desire to go above-and-beyond for customers _
- _Effective team working skills with a flexible, can-do approach to work _
- _Ability to follow process but also think on your feet _
- _Openness to a broad range of activities even if outside of standard expectations _

- This role is based in Bootle and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week. _

- This role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10:00-14:00 alongside one in every two Sundays with a day off during the week. _

**How we’ll reward you.**
As well as a salary, we offer a wide range of benefits that you can choose from and tailor to your needs. For part-time / contract roles, your salary, bonus (where eligible) and certain benefits will be prorated to reflect your working hours / contract duration.
- Starting salary of £22,400 plus a £500 annual cash allowance to spend on our great range of benefits
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 26 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
- Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus
