As our fraud operations team continues to expand to protect our customers and communities, we are seeking a Fraud Operations Claim Support to join us.

You’ll be an important member of the team - as part of the administration role, it will be down to you to support our fraud teams and help to keep the bank and our customers safe from illegal activities.

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Calculating charges and interest.
- Reporting suspect telephone numbers to third party institutions.
- Supporting the Investigations teams with various tasks to maximise efficiencies and help reduce fraud/customer losses.
- Enabling team members to protect the bank, our customers and our Shareholders against Financial Crime.
- Providing suggestions to improve the customer experience.

**What you’ll bring.**
- Good knowledge of Risk Management, with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrable data analysis skills, with good knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft packages.

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Proven experience of Partenon.
- Attention to details.
- Good written communication skills.

This role is based in Bootle, Liverpool and you will be expected to spend 40% of your time in this office.

There are permanent and fixed term contract positions available. You will be working Monday - Sunday am - 9pm on a shift pattern.
