The Grounds Care Group, based in a rural part of Cobham, carry out Grounds Maintenance, Invasive Weed Management and Winter Gritting for a wide range of clients across the UK.
Our company is growing at pace and we are recruiting for a temporary Office Administrator to assist and support the team with a wide variety of tasks through our period of growth and transition.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team who will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
**Duties**:
- Perform general office administrative duties
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Provide administrative assistance and support to the teams, including HR, Customer Service and Finance.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an office administration role
- Proficient in computerised systems
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
