Job Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Office Administrator to join our team in Cobham, KT11. As a Junior Office Administrator, you will provide administrative support and assist with various office tasks. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to gain experience in an office environment.

**Duties**:

- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Provide support in organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Handle basic clerical tasks such as photocopying and faxing
- Utilize computerized systems to update and maintain records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
