ACT Property are a dynamic small business. Our core business is generating inventories, check ins and check outs for the high-end rental market. In addition, we complete property visit (mid-term inspections) at large scale, typically booking 500+ per month for a single client.

Our clients are predominantly based in Central London, West London and Surrey, however since opening we have expanded into East London, Hampshire and Oxfordshire.

We have two teams in the office The Logistics team and the Quality control team.

We are recruiting for 2 positions - a Bookings co-ordinator in the Logistics team and a Quality Control Administrator for the Quality Control team.

Office hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm. Each employee works 5 Saturdays on a rota throughout the year (9.00am - 3.30pm).

**Purpose of Bookings Co-ordinator**

Work as part of a team to ensure all customer bookings are scheduled and confirmed in accordance with company guidelines, inc
- Clearly communicate job type, property address, client and access information
- Allocate inspections to the most appropriate property inspector (PI) available
- Maximise efficiency for individual PI diaries, i.e. minimising travel time
- Maximise customer satisfaction by ensuring continuity between PI and property
- Communicate any logístical or property specific issues promptly to the customer

**Deliverables**
- Answering all telephone enquiries within 4 rings
- Diary management
- Benchmarking against KPI’s set by line manager in relation to efficiency targets

**Purpose of Quality Control Administrator**

To ensure all inventory reports created by our remote working Property Inspectors, are issued in accordance with company guidelines, inc
- Continuity of descriptive standards and liability
- Minimising void fields
- Cross referencing to identify and eliminate errors made at Property Inspector (PI) level
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants on queries relating to report content
- Grammar, spelling and punctuality

**Deliverables**

Analysing content and accuracy of reports
- Issuing an average of 15 inspections per day
- Monitoring customer feedback, advising their line manager if an individual PI is receiving greater than 5% feedback
- Compiling PI feedback notes for head of training
- Escalating customer complaints to line manager

- Ability to build relationships both with clients and property inspectors
- Ability to manage multiple diaries
- Work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,260.00-£26,933.00 per year
