Bede's Senior School is looking to appoint a friendly and organised Administrator to help coordinate the running of our Estates Office.

As part of the role, you will provide reports and regular audits when required, ensure daily ordering and invoicing is completed and logged, and also work with the Helpdesk Provider to identify and solve any technical issues and updates. You will manage the diaries of the Estates Manager, Facilities Manager, Director of Projects, Porters and Head of Grounds, as well as organise visits and access for sub-contractors via the online calendar. You will also accurately record and update our HR Frances System with any Holiday and Lieu forms for Estates Staff, as well as ensuring daily registration is maintained throughout the Trust.

This is a Part Time, Permanent position, working Monday-Friday 8:00-12:00, 52 weeks per year.

**Salary**: £12,514.08 per annual (£25,028.16 FTE).
