Sales Order Administrator

Our client is a highly regarded business who are based near London Bridge. They are looking for an Administrator / Customer Service person with 2+ years office experience to join their team on a fixed terms contract basis.
You will be responsible for supporting their customers through the sales order life-cycle
- Processing orders for customers and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Communicating with customers and responding to enquiries in a timely manner
- Responding to and resolving customer complaints
- Maintaining records of customer accounts
- Liaising with 3rd party Logistics to ensure orders are delivered in line with customer requirements
**Requirements**:
You have previous experience within Customer Service Administration within a fast paced business, you should be organised, responsible, have a good work ethic, have an eye for detail and outstanding communication skills.
You need to be immediately available to start the role at short notice ands the position is offered on a hybrid working basis, with two days in the office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
