Overview
The Order Entry Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that all customer orders are accurately entered into the system (D365) and processed in a timely manner. This position collaborates closely with designated members of the KAC / BTB Customer Service Teams to manage various transactional and operational tasks. The Order Entry Coordinator is also tasked with administrative responsibilities, processing orders, and addressing any discrepancies that may arise. Providing outstanding customer service is a key aspect of this role.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to accurately process sales orders in the system (D365) in accordance with the fulfillment policy. Support Team & Tier Leads in achieving or surpassing tier-level KPIs. Maintain the highest standards of customer service to enhance productivity and meet incentive goals. Manage unclean orders for assigned sales orders. Assist the Tier Lead in organizing the email folders within the order entry inbox. Provide administrative support to both Team and Tier leads. Required Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. A proactive, innovative, and self-driven work approach. Outstanding organizational and time management abilities. Proven focus on client service.
