Key Responsibilities- Place purchase orders with suppliers and confirm receipt.
- Verify order confirmations from manufacturers for accuracy and completeness.
- Meet with project managers to gather project details and coordinate with logistics partners for seamless delivery and installation.
- Complete financial closing of orders to ensure accuracy in billing and payment.
- Register purchase orders and maintain comprehensive records.
- Prepare necessary delivery receipts, logistics paperwork, and procurement trackers.
- Provide on-site presence for project delivery and installation when required.
- Update statistics and team sales reports to track performance.
- Follow up on validation of purchase orders and supplier invoices if necessary.
- Handle customer invoicing to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Onboard new suppliers and ensure compliance with Company standards.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Understanding of software systems and Microsoft Office projects.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order management.
