Order Management Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our team at JLL. As the link between suppliers and logistics partners, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth administrative processing of sales orders that adhere to our internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Place purchase orders with suppliers and confirm their receipt.
- Verify order confirmations from manufacturers for accuracy and completeness.
- Meet with project managers to gather project details and coordinate with logistics partners for seamless delivery and installation.
- Complete financial closing of orders to ensure accuracy in billing and payment.
- Register purchase orders and maintain comprehensive records.
- Prepare necessary delivery receipts, logistics paperwork, and procurement trackers.
- Provide on-site presence for project delivery and installation when required to ensure smooth operations.
- Update statistics and team sales reports to track performance.
- Follow up on the validation of purchase orders and supplier invoices if necessary.
- Handle customer invoicing to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Onboard new suppliers and ensure their compliance with Company standards.
Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of the Office package.
- Excellent command of the English language (reading, speaking, and writing).
- Understanding of software systems and including Microsoft Office projects or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years within order management.
