We are a growing business looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Order Fulfilment Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys flexible working hours and can work within school hours. If you have a bubbly personality, excellent customer service skills, and are familiar with computer systems, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Order Fulfilment: Accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring they are ready for dispatch in a timely manner.
- System Management: Utilise computer systems to manage orders, update customer information, and track inventory.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others and providing excellent service.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using various computer systems and software for order management and customer communication.
- Personality: A bubbly and positive attitude that contributes to a pleasant working environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including school hours, to accommodate business needs.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and packing.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
