**The role**
As an Order Handler, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be responsible for processing and tracking customer service requests, ensuring they are delivered correctly in support of the end user.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

- Receive service requests from the customer and input details into appropriate system tools
- Provide advice to customers to help ensure service orders are placed correctly
- Monitor requests through to fulfilment, meeting KPIs and SLAs
- Keep the customer and internal teams updated on progress
- Support the Order Handling Team Leader with general administration duties that the business may require

This role is full time, 37-hours per week and is based at Corsham.

**Essential experience of the Order Handler**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint etc) suite, Teams, Visio and other office productivity tools
- Experience of general office management, with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels
