**Customer Service Specialist**

As a Customer Service Specialist at Arval UK Group Ltd, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our retail fleet customers. *Retail customers may have 1 vehicle or may have upto 10 vehicles on lease hire at any one time*

Customer Service Specialist journey makers work out of our vibrant West Swindon office. Team working is so important to us and you will feel the buzz and warm welcome as you come through the doors.

The key objective of this role is rewiring our business around the customer. It's a fast paced role and need to ensure we deliver the service our customers want, in the way they want it.

**Communication is key;**
- From listening to complaints and providing advice and support to our customers you will ensure all incidents are captured and handled professionally within or ideally exceeding expectations and our agreed service levels.
- You will also be responsible for helping resolve core issues to improve the overall customer experience.

Following extensive training, you will ensure we satisfy their individual requirements. You will remain customer focused, build good rapport and professional ensuring our customers receive the top-notch service they deserve. In a nutshell your role is;
- Answering inbound calls from Arval's retail customer base
- Using a mixture of MS office packages and our internal systems (DRIVE) to accurately record the information
- Offering and delivery top quality customer service
- Building a solution and problem solving to deliver the best possible service to our customers

**This is a Pay Zone A4 role with a salary range of £22,000 to £25,000, with fantastic benefits**
