About the role


As an Order Delivery Specialist at Arval UK in Swindon, your role will be vital to coordinating the smooth transition once the vehicle has been ordered to the delivery of the new vehicle to the customer.

In this exciting role, you will be managing and exceedingexpectations through delivery of a quality service, while promoting our brand values.


As an Order Delivery Specialist you will be focused on authorising the delivery in a timely manner and arrange collection of the return vehicle.

Within this role you will also be the 1st point of contact for dealers to keep both internal and external customersupdated on any changes to their vehicle and delivery date.

You will need to demonstrate an ability to adapt, as well as competently completing core tasks.

These include:

  • You will be coordinating the delivery of the vehicle to the customer, you will be using LeaseLink system, Microsoft Outlook as well as calling customers on the phone.
  • Ensure all customer information is correct and up to date
  • Follow up on new vehicle orders in the pipeline chasing dealers for updates
  • Making changes to the system where needed, such as date of delivery, customer address
  • Working with the internal account managers to coordinate the process for the customer smoothly
  • Provide support to manage queries and complaints, owning and resolving to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Managing external suppliers

This role is based in our Swindon Head Office where you will enjoy
hybrid working, following your training period.

Key Skills required:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to cope with varying workloads and pressure and support colleagues with the same
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, basic Word and Excel are also required
  • Customerfocused
  • Excellent attention to detail
