**Description**
- Assist with the accurate and timely processing of company payrolls paid on a monthly basis. This involves calculating salary, overtime, bonuses, sick pay, pensions and other adjustments/deductions as applicable.
- Ensure receipt of and/or check payroll related forms and documents so they are processed accurately and on time.
- Assist with company benefits including, company cars, Westfield, Electric cars, cycle to work.
- Handle confidential information and maintain the security records and files
- Resolve enquiries from employees and other 3rd party organisations (eg HMRC, courts, child maintenance)
- Assist with Year End process including P60 and P11d
- Maintain employee records using the information systems available (SAP, Therefore, Kronos Net2).
- Perform background checks on new starters including references
- Respond to enquiries and assist employees and managers to complete HR related forms to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete.
- Organise the PPE supply for new starters and deal with any ongoing quires from employees relating to PPE.
- Identify ways to continuously improve and streamline admin processes.
- Manage Time and Attendance system
- Draft letters for salary/organisational changes.
- Inputting and reporting of data into SAP
- Occupational health referrals
**Profile**
- Previous experience in HR and/or Payroll
- Attention to detail and highly organised
- Computer and IT literate
- SAP experience is advantageous
**Job Offer**
- £24,000 to £26,500
- 25 Days annual leave + bank holidays
