**OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**

The role of the Internal Recruiter or Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner is to build upon the Morrinson Wealth Recruitment Strategy and partner with different areas of the business to companies find, attract and hire top talent.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES**

**The TA Partners responsibilities will include**:

- Leading on the end-to-end recruitment process for our Financial Advisers
- Marketing open positions via the Morrinson Wealth careers page and job boards such as Reed, Indeed, Monster, and LinkedIn
- Engaging with active and passive talent and connect them to current job opportunities
- Leading on the continued development of the Morrinson Wealth Employer Brand
- Oversee the completion of various talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
- Leading on the Morrinson Wealth Recruitment and Retention Strategies, partnering with Human Resources and Business Leaders within the organisation

**There may be instances where the TA Partner will be required to assist the HR Manager in some wider HR projects on occasion during periods of less active recruitment**

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- Strong work experience as a Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Manager, Specialist or Business Partner
- Above experience within the Financial Services Sector preferred
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Knowledge of current employment legislation related to recruitment, including GDPR
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like LinkedIn)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of full cycle recruiting
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to advocating and encouraging an inclusive and diverse team culture.
- Understanding the benefits of the wellbeing agenda and promoting an open and considerate culture.

**OFFICE LOCATION**

We are working on a hybrid model office/home working.

- A base salary of £40,000.00 with a lucrative bonus/commission structure
- OTE £60,000.00
