We are looking to hire a talented and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to support the ongoing and significant scaling of our business. You will join an established and global HR and talent acquisition team, and will be responsible for partnering with scientific, engineering and corporate teams in all areas of recruitment, fulfilling their current talent requirements and building future pipelines. You will also be responsible for leading and contributing to projects to deliver our talent acquisition strategy.

To be successful you will enjoy operating hands-on, taking responsibility for specific recruitment campaigns, as well as working strategically on a range of talent acquisitions projects such as developing our employer brand, ATS system development, university relations and increasing our talent pools.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work in partnership with scientific and business leaders to research and design a consistent recruitment strategy to fulfill talent requirements
- Build and develop an effective end-to-end talent acquisition service that will support our rapid growth
- Advise on all areas for recruitment advertising and sourcing, including advert creation and distribution to target the right talent for deep tech niche roles
- Act as a point of contact for all resourcing issues and matters
- Recommend ways to improve the processes
- Build and nurture talent pipelines
- Participate in career events and job fairs
- Train hiring managers on interviewing techniques and providing accurate feedback
- Review recruitment policies and procedures adopting best practice

**You must have**:

- 3+ years in recruitment, ideally in-house focussing on scientific, technology and non-tech roles
- 360 degree recruitment experience from creating role profiles to offering/securing talent and everything in between. You will be a full cycle recruiter in this role
- Proven track record of delivering successful recruitment solutions and attraction strategies
- Experience of building effective employer brand and social media campaigns
- Built and continually engaged with strong talent pipelines
- Experience of improving hiring processes and utilising new technologies
- Strong understanding and experience of developing ATS technology
- A true self starter, who can show results and a bias for action.
- Be comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity, in a high growth environment
- Ability to travel to our UK offices.

**Desirable**:

- A background of establishing connections with further education settings at Msc / Ph.D. level.
- Experience in nurturing hard to find talent into positive outcomes over time
- Experience of recruiting in Europe.
