- _Liaising with suppliers and maintaining accurate records._
- _Raising purchase orders for customer sales orders, ensuring original margins are secured at a minimum._
- _Managing product stock levels and replenishing in the most cost-effective method._
- _Sourcing new product ranges and agreeing to purchase terms with suppliers offering the best price or value._
- _Managing our purchasing inbox, actioning urgent requests, and completing order confirmations._
- _Use data to create reports that help maintain product margins by reviewing cost prices regularly._
- _Create new purchasing KPIs and targets for the business._
- _Identify areas of the business where costs can be reduced, and savings can be made._
- _Confidence with numbers and an analytical mind._
- _An understanding of how costs prices and margins affect a business’s profitability._
- _Ability to multitask, plan and work using own initiative yet be a key member of the team._
- _General IT skills and a high level of attention to detail._
- _Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)._
- _Great communication skills (verbal and written)._
- _A confident, friendly manner with strong interpersonal skills._
- _Willingness to learn and a genuine interest in growing a business._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
