Security Asset Coordinator

What you’ll do:

- Collaborates with Fraud, Operations, and Member Services teams on escalated events involving vehicle theft, missing vehicles, and out-of-location vehicles.
- Facilitates recovery of Zipcar vehicles utilizing support from internal and external tools and working with law enforcement as necessary
- Review and maintain NICB records to resolve and clear vehicles with police alarm stolen status
- Track, administer, and document escalation steps during the asset recovery process

What drives success for this role:

- 3+ years of loss prevention or customer service experience
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Managing time effectively; multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
