**Role Overview**:

- To understand the vehicle sales process Sale, funding, FCA compliance, TLP, service plans etc.
- To support the Sales Manager/Business Manager and to ensure that all documents have been completed fully and correctly.
- To ensure that documents are fully prepared for customer to sign
- To ensure that payment for vehicles are through one of our lending partners.
- To ensure that all FCA paperwork is both presented and completed as required.
- To ensure that the FCA paperwork is bound and stored in master file.
- To assist the business managers to ensure that EWMG have been paid before vehicle delivery.
- To assist the sales department in situations where we are faced with a distance sale with correct FCA documentation.
- To ensure that we are actively following up customers on solicitation on products like TLP.
- To assist our external and internal FCA auditors at the time of audit, giving access and retrieving customer files as required.
- To assist the sales department in other projects which may be of relevance or significance from time to time.
