Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Administrator to join our team in London. The Project Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Site liaison - attendance to technical meetings, relaying information between Site Managers and office based team.
- Production of Pre-Construction Paperwork - QM, ITP, H&S Plan etc.
- Project Submittals (Tech, Sample)
- Audit site management compliance with QA process.
- Management of site services - Booking H&S Visits, slip testing, cube testing.
- Creation of new commercial documents and processes
- Ensure accreditation compliance (CHAS, Constructionline, Samson etc.)
- Ensuring diary is updated - vans / operatives
- Production of O&M Manual
- Completing ISO 9001 Audits
- Ensuring Training records are up to date and booking relevant courses

**Skills**:

- Proven previous experience working in a similar administrative role within the construction or utilities sector essential
- Previous experience working and coordinating projects and assisting Project Manager
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
