Elective Admission service at the City campus comprises of two units:
The Elective Admissions lounge which admits patients on the day of surgery for General Surgery, Thoracic, Breast, Upper GI, Renal and Plastics patients.
The Theatre Admissions Lounge admits elective orthopaedic patients, this unit also has a day case patient pathway which provided an on the day discharge home facility enhancing the patient experience and outcomes.

Vacancy: Part time hours - Band 6 Registered Nurse
Hours will be worked between Monday - Friday 07:00 - 18:00, excluding bank holidays.

Provide leadership, advice and support to staff and foster a learning culture which values high quality safe patient care. Work in partnership with the Matron, Lead Nurse and our surgical colleagues to ensure multi-disciplinary team work in achieving agreed, common goals.
Support the development of registered and non registered staff within the team.
You should be able to prioritise your own workload and work to tight deadlines.

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
