Personal Assistant/office Administrator

Self employed role - Part time
PA, Administrator to company Director, very hands on role helping to support the director while working alongside many different business's and property projects.
This is a Self Employed role, ideally 3 days a week 9.30 - 1.30 at the office.
Would suit person who has good local knowledge as the office is located between Telford and Shrewsbury along with many of the projects.
Own transport will be required to reach the office and some site visits and PA jobs as required. millage paid extra.
Possible Flexible working hours, home working on certain days may be possible.
MS office 365 experience is essential.
Some basic account reconciliation, project cost tracking and income reporting.
Organisational skills of the highest level and a focused eye for detail are essential.
Purchasing and researching for projects will also play a large part of the role.
Common sense and problem solving, interpreting what is required without being told along with understanding of the end goal should come naturally to the successful applicant.

Pay: £17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
