We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Executive Team, providing administrative support to the Director of Governance, Corporate Office Manager, and Executive Directors' PAs. One day per week will be spent supporting the front-of-house position at the Trust's headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support to Senior Management: Provide administrative support to senior members of the Executive Team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Front-of-House Support: Act as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and external contractors/couriers at the Trust's headquarters.
  • Communication Skills: Develop strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and the public, promoting the Trust's values and goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A GCSE (Grade A-C) or equivalent qualification in English and Maths is essential, and you will be expected to undertake and satisfactorily complete a QCF Level 3 in Business Admin within 15-18 months.

You can expect a salary of approximately £20,000-£22,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
