Internal Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced internal sales development manager to join our client's team in Shropshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the external sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting with marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the external sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to achieve their sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and assist with marketing campaigns to drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with the sales and quality teams to ensure seamless after-sales support.
  • Manage customer information and log activities using CRM software.
  • Process sales orders and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Handle general sales administration tasks, including quotations and order entries via ERP systems.
  • Attend sales meetings and industry events as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales admin or sales executive role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in computer software, including CRM and ERP systems.
  • A background in agriculture or equine would be advantageous.

Estimated Salary: £33,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience.
