Sales Support Executive - Agriculture

Our client is a well-established company in the agricultural sector, seeking an experienced sales support executive to join their team.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to the external sales team, log activities and manage customer information using CRM software, and process sales orders and resolve customer queries.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the external sales team to achieve their sales targets.
  2. Manage customer information and log activities using CRM software.
  3. Process sales orders and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
  4. Built strong relationships with customers through clear and effective communication.
  5. Handle general sales administration tasks, including quotations and order entries via ERP systems.
  6. Work closely with the sales and quality teams to ensure seamless after-sales support.
  7. Identify new business opportunities and assist with marketing campaigns.
  8. Attend sales meetings and industry events as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales admin or sales executive role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in computer software, including CRM and ERP systems.
  • A background in agriculture or equine would be advantageous.

Estimated Salary: £32,500 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
