Sales Support Executive - Agriculture
Our client is a well-established company in the agricultural sector, seeking an experienced sales support executive to join their team.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support to the external sales team, log activities and manage customer information using CRM software, and process sales orders and resolve customer queries.
Responsibilities:
- Support the external sales team to achieve their sales targets.
- Manage customer information and log activities using CRM software.
- Process sales orders and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Built strong relationships with customers through clear and effective communication.
- Handle general sales administration tasks, including quotations and order entries via ERP systems.
- Work closely with the sales and quality teams to ensure seamless after-sales support.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist with marketing campaigns.
- Attend sales meetings and industry events as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales admin or sales executive role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in computer software, including CRM and ERP systems.
- A background in agriculture or equine would be advantageous.
Estimated Salary: £32,500 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
