About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics/Parcels/Freight professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To identify and develop new business opportunities within designated territory.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • To negotiate and agree sales terms that meet the customer's needs while maximizing revenue.

About You

We are looking for someone who is friendly, hard-working, and loves the buzz of getting things done. A team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or parcel delivery.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the parcels industry and its key players.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of up to £44,900 plus car allowance/year 1 OTE £55k-£70k+ (uncapped commission).
