We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Principal Assistant to join our team at Excell Supply Ltd. This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional organizational and time-management skills, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a high-level administrative or executive assistant role, preferably within an educational or multi-academy trust setting. They will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Principal, including coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements, as well as preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for key meetings.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for the Executive Principal, managing communications and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure the Executive Principal's time is optimized.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for key meetings, including board and stakeholder engagements.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, building strong and effective relationships.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to:

  • Support strategic projects and initiatives as directed by the Executive Principal.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a high-level administrative or executive assistant role, ideally within an educational or multi-academy trust setting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
