Summary:
A one to one support worker role involving providing administrative and task management support to a dental professional and business owner with ADHD. Building routine and structure into daily activities.

This job will suit someone who is open minded and looking for a new challenge.

Location: Working at one site day to day* in both clinical and administrative settings. Though, this role is non clinical and doesn't involve any clinical duties.

*From time to time this role may involve travelling and accompanying the individual to meetings and conferences in other settings.

**Experience**:
Experience with ADHD in any setting is preferable, but not essential. In all cases, professional training on working with individuals with ADHD will be provided.

**Skills**:This is a very bespoke role, it involves working with and supporting one individual. Liasing with the wider team will be required, effective communication skills are a must.

Ability to confidently direct others in a respectful way.

We are looking for an empathetic person with very robust skills in task organisation and time management. Daily tasks will vary at times and this role will suit someone who can organise chaos

Skilled in project management, especially task completion and problem solving.

**Responsibilities**:

- To support the individual in completing their clinical and business related activities in a timely organised manner. As they have ADHD the role will involve body doubling at times, as well as assitance with self care and personal tasks.
- Keeping the individual on track with goals
- Provide administrative support to the individual including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Answer and screen communications, respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage and maintain confidential files and records
- Assist with target management
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Experience continued:

- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
