**The Role**:
As the Senior Office Administrator, you will be integral in delivering comprehensive administrative, coordination, and office support services, focusing on supporting the operational team. Your role is pivotal in ensuring an unparalleled standard of customer service to both our esteemed Partners and Prospects. This position offers significant personal development opportunities, with the potential to grow and take on more responsibilities.

Working closely with the Business Development Manager, your role will include the following responsibilities;
- Provide high-quality office management and support to all the HMO Sales Expert team, ensuring all facilities and systems are functioning
- Provide personal assistant support to the Business Development Manager to enhance the efficiency of their workload.
- Be responsible for organising and administration structure of the landlord/seller-focused side of the business
- Deal directly with clients and partners, managing communications, and assisting with all administration tasks.
- Ensure the business remains compliant with industry changes and legislation updates.

- Proven experience in an admin and/or office manager role.
- An exceptional customer-centric approach and a collaborative team player.
- Ability to communicate effectively, enthusiastically, and present with confidence.
- Be organised, resilient, and calm, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Office 365 products
- Confident networker, able to converse with diverse groups and build relationships.
- Have a keen attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage a busy workload while remaining flexible and agile.

**What We Offer You**:
**Salary**: Competitive salary (£25,000-£30,000 per annum depending on experience).
