**Duties**:

- Answer inbound calls professionally and assist customers with inquiries or issues
- Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
- Utilize phone etiquette to provide outstanding customer service
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue

**Experience**:

- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers
- Proficiency in data entry for updating and maintaining customer information
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous
- Knowledge of phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £23,629.50 per year
