**Sales and Business Partner - R Remote**
**We are seeking remote Sales and Business Partner level executives with extensive business management experience at executive level in any discipline or industry**for our well established and expanding recruitment enterprise. Y may have worked in sales, marketing, business development, accountancy, IT, engineering or general management Full training on our sector and products will be given. In fact, you willbe coached personally every single day in the first fortnight. We offer in demand professional recruitment in sales, technology, and finance, with high margins. You must have experience in making decisions and negotiating sales at high level. Above all youmust be looking to build personal wealth and own a share of your hard work.
We are in a booming and lucrative market. We work in various sectors and countries according to where the maximum potential profit is. We help companies recruit the key talent they need in a cost-effective way. We are fully retained meaning we work exclusivelyfor clients with a deposit always paid before we start work.
- Resourcer _- FlexiBasic on all activity plus bonus.
- Senior Resourcer_ - Increase in status and Commission Doubles.
- Deal Broker _- As Senior Resourcer plus 5% ongoing on all clients brought in.
- Recruiter_ - 30-50% of all placements
**_Partner_- 50% of all placements plus ownership fee rights on portfolio**
- Managing Partner. - _Partner plus 10% override on team to two levels.
We target a C-Level or senior decision makers in growth markets which has been assessed as having finance for growth. There are also international markets with huge opportunities such as USA, Dubai, Singapore.
**Please note that Linkedin is a key resource. You will need to use your LinkedIn profile purely for Success Moves** and should already have a presence there. We will provide content to start you off. Then we will show you how to turn it intoa money magnet. You will also make telephone calls using our online V.O.I.P. telephone system.
All you must do is learn and work this business very hard in the first month. And of course, sell and close, broking deals. We will work with you on a daily basis until successful.
We are looking for people that have business experience in any industry sector, in any discipline. You must have self-employed experience and very money hungry (Or prove to us this is your goal) and be focused on the freedom, independence and wealth buildingit offers. You can be based anywhere in the world and can live a 'digital nomad’ lifestyle. Move and you take your income with you.
