To continue our successful growth we are looking for a new Sales Director

Do you want to drive the strategic sales initiatives of a multi 7-figure company at the forefront of the Ed-Tech Coaching industry?

As our Sales Director, you'll lead our global sales operations, shaping and executing strategies that expand our market reach and solidify our position as industry leaders. This role puts you in charge of our team of high-ticket closers, with the autonomy to set ambitious sales targets and implement strategic plans that deliver real results. You'll also collaborate across departments to ensure our sales efforts align perfectly with broader business goals.

Your opportunity:

  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans that not only meet but exceed sales targets and aggressively expand the customer base.
  • Oversee global sales operations, ensuring seamless processes and top-tier performance across all channels.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by analysing industry trends and market changes, then adapt and refine our sales strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and elevate the sales team by managing all aspects of hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the marketing and product departments to sync efforts and maximise sales potential.
  • Guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service that keeps clients coming back.
  • Manage the annual sales budget, accurately forecast monthly sales, and pinpoint new business opportunities to keep us growing.
  • Provide the executive team with detailed sales reports, deep revenue analysis, and actionable insights that drive decisions.
  • Build and refine sales processes and infrastructure to ensure our growth and scalability aren't just sustained but accelerated.
  • Nurture a culture of success that continuously pushes the envelope on business and goal achievement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' of experience in sales at a senior management level, with a demonstrable track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in developing strategies and global sales plans.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in Ed-Tech Coaching and Digital Marketing industries if required for the position.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills for remote based sales teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in using Hubspot and Google Workspace; familiarity with other sales applications is advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
