**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?**

With a huge amount of client wins, we are expanding AGAIN, we are looking for strong talent to come in and lead our teams; therefore, helping push the agency in a positive direction. You will be a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities on a consultancybasis for our clients, steering the team to implement the highest standard of work, both paid and organic, and therefore enhance performance of client accounts.

**WE NEED YOU TO HAVE**
- 2+ years' experience in social media - MUST have influencer involvement
- A track record of delivering high returns on social accounts
- A creative mindset - trends and competitors are always changing their methods and therefore we need someone who can make our clients STANDOUT
- Line management experience or the desire to become a line manager
